By accessing or using Weddings.io, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Weddings.io provides a software platform for wedding planners, including:
- Exclusive territory-based marketing
- Lead management and CRM tools
- Client communication portal
- Vendor coordination tools
- Budget and timeline management
3. Territory Licensing
When you subscribe to a territory:
- You receive exclusive listing rights for that geographic area
- Territory rights are non-transferable without our written consent
- We reserve the right to modify territory boundaries
- Territories are licensed on a monthly basis and can be cancelled with 30 days notice
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not misrepresent your qualifications or services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Payment Terms
Territory subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are based on the South Asian population in your territory ($10 per 100,000 population, minimum $10/month). We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Weddings.io are owned by Weddings.io Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Weddings.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
